This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including financial planning, financial reporting, and creating and analyzing financial statements. The CFO will utilize strong analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and collaborate with the leadership team to drive financial success.
Job Description
- Lead and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and other key financial documents.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to support company-wide decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Ensure the company’s financial practices comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance on day-to-day operations and professional development.
- Review and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Develop and implement systems for financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.
