Class 1 Oilfield Driver

We are currently looking for Class 1 Oilfield Drivers for our environmental logistics services division.

As a driver, you will be helping oil and gas companies dispose of their environmental waste such as invert drill cuttings and contaminated soil, as well as supply them with bulk materials such as sawdust to support their operations.

Job Description

Oversee the safe and secure loading and unloading of oilfield environmental waste such as invert drill cuttings and contaminated soil into and out of sealed end dump trailers.
Oversee the safe and secure loading and unloading of bulk sawdust into and out of walking floor trailers.
Operate tractor trailer combos over outdoor terrain and through all weather conditions.
Attend pre-job safety meetings; ensure safety and emergency equipment is in good working order; and accurately complete all required forms.
Establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues.
Consult with supervisor and crew regarding any operational deficiencies.
Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation, carriage of goods, driver’s hours, and occupational health and safety.
Maintain daily logs, inspection logs and other necessary paperwork.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with Q Endorsement (Air Brake)
Clean and acceptable Driver’s Abstract
Proven experience with End Dump and Walking Floor Trailers
H2S Alive Certification
First Aid Certification
